Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival To Arusha
On arrival into Kilimanjaro international Airport/Arusha airport you will be met and transferred to Tulia hotel and SPA for overnight, on Bed and breakfast arrival and flight details to be advised by clients if you will need us to arrange dinner at local restaurant let us know so we can make sure you have great dinner. Overnight at Tulia hotel and Spa
Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire National Park
At 8am after breakfast, you will be picked up from Arusha by your safari guide and driven to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy the wildlife! Overnight at Sangaiwe Lodge.
Breakfast lunch and dinner provided. 4 small bottles of water (500ml) per person are also provided.
Tarangire National Park is almost 3000 sq km in size and is probably best known for its huge numbers of elephants and baobab trees. The name of the park comes from the Tarangire River which crosses through the park. Tarangire is especially spectacular during the dry season (June – November) as wildlife concentrations rival that of the Serengeti (since enormous populations of elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River as their only source of water). With its varied habitats and permanent water in the Tarangire River the park is home to over 2000 elephants and 500 bird species.
Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. This park is famous for tree-climbing lions, large baboon troops, and diverse birdlife. Overnight at Kudu Lodge. Meals provided: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with 4 small bottles of water per person.
Day 4: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning, you’ll head to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is home to over 30,000 animals, including the rare black rhino and various predators. Overnight at Kudu Lodge. Meals provided: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with 4 small bottles of water per person.
Day 5: Transfer to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to Arusha airport for your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival, you’ll be transferred to Tembo Hotel, followed by a boat trip to Prison Island to see the famous giant tortoises. Afterward, enjoy a free evening in Stone Town. Overnight at Tembo Hotel (Bed and Breakfast).
Day 6: Spice Tour to Nungwi
After breakfast, you’ll drive to Aluna Beach Lodge at Nungwi on Zanzibar’s northern tip. En route, enjoy a Spice Tour, where you’ll learn about the island’s history with spices and herbs. You’ll then check into your hotel for an overnight stay. Meals included: breakfast and lunch. Overnight at Aluna Beach Lodge (Bed and Breakfast).
Day 7: Relaxing at the Beach
Enjoy a full day of relaxation at the beach, with the freedom to choose from a variety of restaurants along the beach for lunch and dinner. Overnight at Warere Beach Hotel (Bed and Breakfast).
Day 8: Zanzibar to Zanzibar Airport
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your international flight home.
